As your Health Coach, I'm not here to "fix" you, put you on a restrictive diet, or tell you what to do with your life and precisely how to do it. We begin with you, exactly where you’re at. We find what empowers you, inspires you, and pushes you to become the best version of YOU. Regardless of your goals, my goal for you is sustainability. The changes you will make with my unique methodology do not last for this month or a year - they last forever. It’s a change of heart, a change of mind, and a change in full body awareness. Healthy isn’t a lifestyle that comes only when convenient; it is just something you have. It’s simply what you do and who you are. Healthy will come naturally.

I am part cheerleader and part tough-love coach. I arrive at each session to guide you to that next step toward your goals. And when you fall, I am right there to pick you up, dust you off, and help you find your way back on the path to your happiness, continuously expanding into the truth of who your are.
